Physical context management for a motor vehicle

DWPI Title: Motor vehicle operator's safety enhancing method, involves matching data output from sensors against known dangerous conditions, and preventing certain activity of operator if one of he known dangerous conditions is detected
Abstract: Computer software for and a method of enhancing safety for an operator of a motor vehicle comprising employing a plurality of sensors of vehicle and operator conditions, matching collective output from the sensors against a plurality of known dangerous conditions, and preventing certain activity of the operator if a known dangerous condition is detected.
Use: Method for enhancing safety of a motor vehicle operator.
Advantage: The certain activity of the operator is prevented if the known dangerous condition is detected, thus enhancing the safety of the motor vehicle operator.
Novelty: The method involves receiving data from a set of sensors of motor vehicle about different operator conditions, and calculating an optimal solution for a learning algorithm of a nonlinear dynamical system. The data output from the sensors are matched against a set of known dangerous conditions by the nonlinear dynamical system. A certain activity of an operator is prevented if one of the known dangerous conditions is detected. The operator is allowed to make difficulty estimation based on current conditions.
