| Abstract: A capacitor having at least one electrode pair being separated by a
dielectric component, with the dielectric component being made of a
polymer such as a norbornylene-containing polymer with a dielectric
constant greater than 3 and a dissipation factor less than 0.1 where the
capacitor has an operating temperature greater than 100.degree. C. and
less than 170.degree. C. |
